The museum makes its meeting and special event rooms available for rental to support its mission. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to welcome you and your guests and would be pleased to be the host location for your meeting or special event.
The museum can host a meeting of ten in the executive-style Hunter Board Room to 300 in the Major General Lewis E. Lyle Rotunda, and everything in between! Each of the rooms is special and unique. The Meetings and Special Events staff is unparalleled in their dedication and professionalism, tending to every detail, so you do not have to! Services include one-on-one personal planning for all events ensuring that no detail – no matter how small, is left to chance!
We are excited to announce that the museum is expanding the museum and our events facilities beginning in January 2024. This brand-new addition will boast over 4,000 sq. ft. of event space as well as 1,100 sq. ft. of pre-function space allowing for events up to 350 attendees. This expansion is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2025, dependent on construction.
Because of this expansion, we will not be contracting events in our current events space starting in March 2025.
