Museum Guidelines
- No Unsupervised Children or Youth Groups – All children and youth groups must be accompanied by supervising adults. Groups must check in at the Admissions Desk
- No Climbing Onto or Entering Aircraft or Vehicles
- No Bicycles, Skate Boards, Skates, Roller Blades or Roller Shoes, Running, Horseplay, or Loud Behavior
- No Crossing of Roped or Barricaded Areas
- No Pets – vaccinated service animals are permitted.
- No Smoking
- No Intoxicated Persons or Illegal Drug Use Permitted
- Shoes, Shirts, and other Appropriate Attire Must Be Worn
- No Glass Containers
- No Drones
Photography
The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force permits still photography for noncommercial use unless authorized. The museum will photograph and film on the premises for our records and publicity purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to being filmed unless expressly revoked.
Media Content Usage
The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force would like to remind everyone that all content, photographs, and videos found on our website and YouTube pages are museum property. As such, any commercial, government, or non-profit organizations looking to use our materials must first seek express permission from the Museum. For those looking to use our materials for school projects, please ensure proper citation is used.

Special Events
Occasionally, the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force will have different operating hours to accommodate special events hosted at the Museum.
Please call the Museum or check our social media and events page for updated closure information to ensure we will be open when you visit.
